The level of business confidence seem to have increased sharply, with many leading indicators now starting to show signs of global economic recovery. And that is great news after a somewhat subdued 2009.
At Catamaran Marquee we have several positive developments taking place :

 | Tim and Susan Mahoney, our Catamaran Marquee International dealers for North and Central America, saw their new (big) baby launched on 2nd February at the Knysna Waterfront.
They are planning their own cross-Atlantic to St.Lucia (Caribbean) and then up the East Coast to Annapolis.

| Maverick 400 "Vagabund" |
 | Andreas Bode, our Catamaran Marquee International dealer for the Middle-East, had his new boat launched on 8th February in Cape Town at the Royal Cape Yacht Club.
The plan is to show-case Maverick's new award-winning yacht. Thereafter the yacht should remain in South Africa for a little while before her long distance voyage to the United Arab Emirates.

Marquee 600 DC
We are also busy with the final development of the new "private label" Marquee 600 charter catamaran (6 cabins en-suite), including a day charter version (50 pax).
Two new CMSA dealers have been appointed for the Garden Route South Africa region, including the Eastern Cape. We welcome
- Cheryl Keefer; and
- Jean-Pierre Pfeiffer.
We will soon appoint a dealer for the Western Cape and then KZ Natal.
We are also in the process of expanding our CMI dealership network to Australia and then New Zealand. Thereafter Hong Kong.
